Mummy: Tonight we are having pancakes because it is shrove Tuesday.
Finn: Are we having pancakes for lunch? Why?
M: For dinner. People who believe in God (and Jesus) have pancakes on Mardi Gras to celebrate the start of lent.
F: I believe in God so can I have pancakes now?

I had no idea why I was eating copious amounts of pancakes leading up to and on last tuesday but you have made it all clear, must have been your 3 1/2 year old talking to me. finn all I can say is great minds think alike and the best thing about growing up is that you can eat pancakes all the time if you want.
